1) INTRODUCTION
KREDITME ("KREDITME") is a property of and operated by DIGITAL MONEY PVT LTD,
a company incorporated under the Companies Act, and having its registered office at NO 5 BETHESDA
PLACE,OFF DICKMANS ROAD,COLOMBO 04. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern
your access to and use of the KREDITME mobile application, website, products and services
(collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing or using any version of the KREDITME application
("App") on any compatible device, you confirm that you have read, understood and
agree to be bound by these T&C and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these T&C, please do
not access or use the App or Services. For the purposes of these T&C, "we", "our" and "us" shall mean
KREDITME and/or third-party service providers engaged by KREDITME, and "you" or "your" shall mean the
User who accesses or uses the App.
2) DEFINITIONS
a) "App" means the KREDITME mobile application and related digital
interfaces made available by KREDITME.
b) "User" means any person who downloads, installs, accesses,
registers on or uses the App or Services.
c) "Loan" means any credit facility, personal loan, nano loan,
repayment obligation, line of credit or related financial product made available through the App,
subject to approval and the applicable loan agreement.
d) "Account" means the user profile, login credentials and records
created for your use of the App.
e) "Device" means any mobile phone, tablet, computer or other device
used to access the App or Services.
3) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To use KREDITME Services, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Be a resident of Sri Lanka or otherwise eligible to use the Services under applicable law.
- Have an active mobile number and an active bank account or supported repayment channel in your own name.
- Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, verification and loan application.
- Provide valid identity, address, income, employment, bank and other documents requested for verification.
- Not be prohibited, blacklisted or restricted by any bank, financial institution, regulator or applicable law.
If you represent a company, partnership, sole proprietorship or other entity, you confirm that you are duly authorized to access the App and use the Services on behalf of that entity.
4) LOAN PRODUCTS AND TERMS
KREDITME assists Users in accessing digital credit products from its financial, technology and service partners. All loan products are subject to eligibility, verification, credit assessment, risk checks and final approval.
- Loan Amount: Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 25,000, subject to eligibility and approval. For new customers, the maximum loan amount may be Rs. 5,000.
- Loan Tenure: As displayed in the App and stated in the loan agreement before acceptance.
- Interest, Fees and Charges: Interest rate, processing fee, service fee, overdue charges and any other applicable charges will be disclosed before you accept the loan.
- Repayment Schedule: The due date, repayment amount and repayment method will be shown in the App and/or loan agreement.
- Disbursement: Approved funds may be transferred to your registered bank account, wallet or any other supported disbursement channel.
You should carefully review the loan agreement and all disclosures before accepting any loan. Your acceptance of a loan through the App creates a binding repayment obligation.
5) APPLICATION PROCESS
- Download or access the KREDITME App from an authorized source.
- Register using your mobile number and complete OTP or other verification steps.
- Provide your personal, employment, income, bank and other requested information.
- Upload clear copies or images of requested documents and complete identity verification.
- Select the loan amount and duration available to you in the App.
- Review the applicable loan terms, fees, charges, repayment schedule and agreement.
- Accept the loan agreement only if you understand and agree to all terms.
- Upon approval, receive the funds through the supported disbursement channel.
6) REPAYMENT TERMS
You agree to repay the loan amount, interest, fees and all applicable charges on or before the due date stated
in the App and the loan agreement. Repayment may be made through supported payment channels, bank transfer,
payment gateway, wallet, cash collection partner or any other method made available by KREDITME.
Early repayment may be permitted where available in the App or loan agreement. Failure to repay on time may
result in late payment charges, suspension of Services, collection activity, reporting to relevant partners or
bureaus where permitted, and legal action for recovery of outstanding amounts.
7) USER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a User, you are responsible for:
- Providing true, accurate, current and complete information.
- Keeping your Account credentials, OTPs, passcode and Device secure.
- Immediately notifying KREDITME of unauthorized access, loss of Device or suspected misuse.
- Using the App and any loan proceeds only for lawful purposes.
- Reading and understanding all loan terms before accepting a loan.
- Making timely repayments as agreed in the loan agreement.
- Complying with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Not using the App for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or unauthorized activities.
8) CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION
By using the App, you give your consent and authorization for KREDITME and its authorized partners, agents, service providers and representatives to:
- Collect, store, verify, process and use your personal, financial, device and transaction information.
- Conduct identity, address, employment, bank, repayment capacity, credit and risk verification.
- Contact you through SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, in-app notification, push notification or other communication channels.
- Record interactions for service quality, training, audit, security, dispute handling and compliance purposes.
- Share information with lending partners, payment partners, collection partners, credit bureaus, regulators, courts or authorities where required or permitted by law.
All loans are processed only with your explicit consent. You may stop or exit the application process before
accepting a loan, subject to the App flow and applicable verification requirements.
I specifically and explicitly authorize you to verify my personal data by sharing my personal data with any
telecommunications service provider that FinConnect PVT LTD deems fit to carry out analytics.
9) CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation and refund requests are handled in accordance with the loan agreement, payment records and
applicable refund policy. If a loan was applied for by mistake, you should contact customer support immediately.
Cancellation may be considered only if permitted by KREDITME and applicable law, and may require full repayment
of the disbursed amount and any applicable charges within the time communicated by KREDITME.
Refunds for duplicate payments, excess payments or failed payment transactions will be reviewed after verification
of transaction details. Any valid refund will be processed through the applicable electronic payment channel.
10) DEFAULT AND COLLECTION
If you fail to repay any amount when due, you will be considered in default under the applicable loan agreement. In such cases, KREDITME and/or its authorized partners may:
- Apply late payment charges and other charges disclosed in the loan agreement.
- Send reminders and contact you through permitted communication channels.
- Restrict, suspend or terminate access to the App or Services.
- Initiate collection activity through authorized personnel or partners.
- Report repayment behavior where required or permitted by law.
- Take legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
If you face difficulty in repayment, you should contact KREDITME support as early as possible.
11) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, website, software, source code, design, logos, trademarks, content, graphics, text, reports and other materials are owned by KREDITME, DIGITAL MONEY PVT LTD or their licensors. You may access and use the App only for your personal, lawful and non-commercial use. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from or commercially exploit the App or its content without prior written permission.
12) WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KREDITME does not warrant that the
App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely or suitable for every User. We are not responsible for
delays, failures, network issues, payment gateway errors, banking delays, unauthorized access caused by your
negligence, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KREDITME, DIGITAL MONEY PVT LTD, their affiliates, partners, directors,
officers, employees and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential
or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use
of or inability to use the App or Services.
13) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to protect, defend and indemnify KREDITME, DIGITAL MONEY PVT LTD, their affiliates, partners, officers, employees and representatives from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App, breach of these T&C, violation of law, misuse of a loan, unauthorized use of your Account, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14) AMENDMENTS, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
KREDITME reserves the right to update, modify or replace these T&C at any time. Changes may be communicated
through the App, website, email, SMS or other available channels. Your continued use of the App after any change
constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C.
KREDITME may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the App or Services if you breach these T&C, provide
false information, misuse the App, default on repayment, violate law or create security, fraud or compliance
risks. Termination of App access does not cancel any outstanding repayment obligation.
15) GOVERNING LAW, GRIEVANCES AND CONTACT INFORMATION
These T&C and the Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any
dispute arising out of or in relation to your access to or use of the App or Services shall be subject to the
competent courts and authorities in Sri Lanka, unless otherwise stated in the applicable loan agreement.
Users may file a complaint, raise a grievance or share feedback in writing or by email if they are dissatisfied
with the Services rendered by KREDITME.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By using the KREDITME App and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App or Services.
